aside Emotions Can Affect Creativity: Turning the Switch Back On

I’m sure we all have had days where we just didn’t feel like getting out of the bed to approach life with a smile. For some people, that’s everyday; I completely understand you.  Sometimes you just have to raincheck everyone and stay at home to reset your mind. You just want to grab you favorite blanket and listen to that overly dramatic, depressing music on Spotify.

The thing about being emotional is that you isolate yourself from the rest of the world. It is good, every once in awhile, to assess yourself on your inventiveness to know why you feel the way you do. If you are sad, it’s more likely that you’ll want to express your emotions in a way that is meaningful to you. Some go to sleep, others read a book, or draw a picture. The worst thing you could do when you are emotional is not express yourself. Some of the greatest artists in the entire world created their best work by being depressed.

The general idea of this post is to help you turn a negative into a positive. To analyze your behavior from different emotions. Knowing how you feel is good, but knowing how to express the way you feel is great. Practicing getting to know yourself is proven to increase stamina and a spontaneous mindset.
