I’m sure we all have had days where we just didn’t feel like getting out of the bed to approach life with a smile. For some people, that’s everyday; I completely understand you. The thing about being emotional is that you isolate yourself from the rest of the world. It is good, every once in awhile, to assess yourself on your inventiveness to know why you feel the way you do. If you are sad, it’s more likely that you’ll want to express your emotions in a way that is meaningful to you. Some go to sleep, others read a book, or draw a picture. The worst thing you could do when you are emotional is not express yourself. Some of the greatest artists in the entire world created their best work by being depressed.
